Anticipate potential challenges within this work environment, including the possibility of not being able to take allotted breaks due to staffing shortages. There might be issues related to fixed schedules, with occurrences of sudden staff absences. The management's attentiveness and clinical knowledge might be lacking. Colleagues might engage in gossip and exhibit a deficiency in collaborative teamwork. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) may display rudeness and a lack of respect for individuals' privacy. They have a nice office space

They do not care about you and put ridiculous standards and quotas that are impossible to meet and then berate you when you don't meet them.

Pros

The best reason is to provide great members experience.

Cons

All other studio locations have great managers. If someone gets hired, please never go to Williamsburg locations and UWS, they have got the worst failed managers who are extremely unprofessional and psychopaths. They need to know if the employees say something in their benefit, that doesn’t mean they should take it personal attacks. Extremely failure at organizing anything.

We do focus on hiring the right person for the right roles, and highly value a strong, empathetic leader. The HR team is very receptive to feedback, and we have several avenues for providing feedback from reaching out directly to HR, filling out anonymous surveys throughout the year, or filling out an anonymous claim. We review, listen, and respond to all team member feedback. We all have development and learning opportunities, and we do focus on leadership development for HR and our studio managers.
