Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're happy to hear you had a positive connection with our clinical and front desk teams, as they're a vital part of what makes our offices run smoothly. We also recognize the concerns you raised around scheduling, supply issues, and feeling unsupported by leadership. These are areas we've taken seriously, and we're actively addressing them under new leadership. With recent changes to our management team, we're focused on creating a more supportive, better-resourced, and more efficient environment for all team members. Your feedback is appreciated, it helps guide our continued efforts to improve. If you're open to it, we'd welcome a deeper conversation to learn more about your experience. Thank you again for your feedback and please let us know if you would like to continue this discussion, email us at people@hellotend.com.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and experience at Tend. We are focused on our team members from the beginning of your thinking about joining Tend and beyond. It starts with a transparent and easy recruiting process and informative onboarding program. Then, focusing on a robust continuous development and training program, where we seek continuous feedback to make the process tailored to you. We have a very collaborative team across our studios and support centers, and focus on recognition and rewards through our team huddles, TV slides with team member shoutouts, quarterly town halls, emails from organization leaders, and more. Our members are also a main focus for us, so we can innovate and deliver a joyful experience for them as they come to the dentist.
