They hand you the keys to everything on the first day, including Prod databases, Learned a lot, an ok place for your first job because you learn so much.
Cons
Just about everything else, do not work here if you need to move to Tampa. They run this place like a pizza joint. Under a constant microscope while you are at work. Owner is insulting and honestly tries too hard to sound cool. The wife is whiny and even worse than the owner. The owner told me once that i don't have to leave at 6:30 and that i am allowed to stay after hours to work lol. This didn't happen to me but some of the long tenure employees schedule during release weekend is crazy, 20+ hours every day of the weekend. The HR lady takes attendance when you walk in like high school. So much toxicity within the employees. I had to explain to the HR lady why i needed to take PTO, she is way too into everyone's business. The job market is bad so if this is the only option take it if not STEER CLEAR, this company reeks of toxicity.
