Cons
Jim Voss and Apollo took a great company and group of people and completely destroyed it in a matter of months. Lots of lies told during his opening speech including the ability to work remotely, which has now turned into a punitive system aimed at firing workers who don't abide by the rules. We were also told that we were bought because we know how to run the company and they don't have people at Apollo to come in and run it - almost immediately, entire C-suite replaced by Voss's people and we've had layoff after layoff since then. Tenneco is bleeding talent at an alarming rate and it won't be long until there's no one left to do all of the work. The egomaniac CEO probably won't care and just keep pushing people out until he can show how many millions he saved to get a fat bonus.
