Pros

Great employees to work with. Fast paced.

Cons

Very secretive. Also will tell you one thing regarding policy and do the opposite the next day. Not consistent.Doesnt care about employees. Is cutthroat was told in November 2022 that remote work was not an issue when Jim Voss became CEO. In March that all changed. Tenneco is losing a lot of people including myself.

Pros

The people are great as colleagues.

Cons

Fear and intimidation are the new components of our culture. Salaried employees are being tracked whether they show up in the office three times per week. HR is the police, asking for explanations when employees don't hit the three day per week quota.
