Flexible Scheduling Great benefits/perks Super unique company structure - open communication lines! Trusting Work Environment Fun and encouraging culture Forward-thinking leaders Growing/expanding super quickly Great location / innovative office concept Tons of opportunity for growth

Cons

None that come to mind. Tenstreet is growing at a super fast rate, so anything that could be considered a con is most likely growing pains. An issue that might pop up one week will be a non-issue the following week as the company is super good at addressing and fixing those small growing pain issues.

Pros

Encouraging and empowering bosses. Community atmosphere. Driven culture. This is the first company I have worked at that encourages a work/life balance. They know you have a family and, while they don't put it above the job, they do everything they can to make sure you are able to love and care for your family well.

Cons

So far, the cons can't even be considered cons.
