Pros

This has been one of the most honest and rewarding employers of my career. They do not oversell themselves, rather the opposite. The environment is comfortable but extremely productive, the people are brilliant and kind and incredibly humble. I can honestly say they have created a rare and special environment and a product that I feel good about standing behind.

Pros

Relaxed work atmosphere. Frequent employee lunches. Decent salary. Opportunity to work from home some.

Cons

Terrible and expensive benefits package. Salary doesn't offset benefit costs. Extremely quiet atmosphere. Almost like working in North Korea. It just feels weird in the office. There is an air of mistrust. Multiple, lengthy interviews. Hidden agendas. Uncomfortable work environment and it's hard to explain exactly what I mean by uncomfortable.
