Pros

Friendly coworkers, and there is always something new to learn about the industry. Also, you will not be fired for not hitting the quota. There are several people who have never hit it once and are still employed.

Cons

Expect your base to be 40,000. Do not expect to make more than 10,000 in commission. Most of the internal meetings are used to blame the SDRs. Expect to be talked down to and aggressive management. And do not think you will ever be a seller because there is no room.
