      Pros

      Currently working in Teradata India. Learn as much as you can in Teradata Technology. There is no limit. Pay is good initially. Just above market standard.

      Cons

      No vertical growth. You will perform the similar tasks being an Associate Technical Consultant, Technical Consultant, Senior Technical Consultant and Associate Lead Technical Consultant. As someone already mentioned, it is like a boys club. ;)

      Develops its resources in technical aspect turning them into technical assets. Very good organization. Good pays. Best of career starters.

      Cons

      Recursive and redundant work after some time. Depends on which stream you are in. Extremely good if you are in business intelligence or advanced analytics.
