      Professional Management, Good Remuneration, Good policies and review mechanism. Great place to work if you need to get in depth knowledge of managing & executing data warehousing projects

      There could be small issues at times. However they don't reflect on the company as such.

      Pros

      contract based in Dublin, Teradata paid for the flights and the hotel some good people who know what they are doing even though primarily resourced from outside Eire good social life withn the team

      Cons

      too many changes in leadership and direction more commnication internally and with the client needed bring people into late in the day

      Work-life balance because of flexible timings. Good work. Workaholic people can enjoy the environment.

      Low salaries. Promotions depends on the other factors rather than performance. No training, have to learn on own.
