      TD Certifications and Training Great Technology

      Cons

      HR policies are not employee oriented. Compensations are below industry standard. Manager's are not transparent. Cost cutting at penny level. Pathetic facility. Working with US Teradata and India Teradata are like two different poles experience.

      Pros

      The people are great to work with. They constantly offer assistance whether or not they stand to gain anything. The companies that you get to work with provide excellent experience in a varying array of fields.

      Cons

      The opportunity for advancement is limited. HR prevents large moves within the company, so your almost forced to look externally for a significant pay advancement.

      Most of the Sr. Leadership listens to staff and is interested in their opinions. The work is usually kept inventive and fresh.

      Cons

      Some micro-management by Sr. Management when it is not necessary. Certain unrealistic expectations regarding deliverables and assignments. Management can shift responsibility for their decisions.
