Pros

- Salary payments are always on time. - If you are good at internal politics, you can be very successful. - If you lack technical competence but excel at assertiveness and self‑promotion, this environment may suit you. - Workload is often low due to chaotic planning and management. - Because of poor management and lack of accountability, it is possible to do the bare minimum without much pressure.

Cons

- Passive-aggressive behavior is the rule. - The environment feels similar to working in a public-sector organization, but without the benefits or job security. - Employees can be sidelined, mocked, bullied, or treated unfairly, with little recourse. HR and leadership rarely intervene (or care). - HR appears largely absent unless you are at senior levels (Principal and above). - During my entire time there, I never met anyone from HR in person; even basic interactions happened through Teams calls despite being in the same building. - Technical competence alone does not lead to success unless you have strong political backing (having someone's back). - There are many managers, but very little real leadership.
