Some managers make sure that you know what is expected of you and your deadline to deliver and then allow you to decide on how you will manage your time to be successful in the completion.
Cons
Some managers insisted on micro managing. Instead of allowing the employees to work at their own pace and prioritize their work to their own style, management would insist on setting the rules. For example if an employee was most alert in the morning and wanted to do the work that required the most focus and concentration some managers would interfere and demand that the morning hours be used for other tasks.
