Great company low pay

Pros

4-5 day WFH. I would say 99% of the people at the company are really great to work with. Great location right next to union station. Good benefits. To help offset the lower salaries you do get OT pat even if you're salaried.

Cons

The pay is low to average. The industry you work in is a bit boring.
