Teranet has frustrated environment and not innovating as compared to competitor softwares companies. I know lot of people who are planning to leave soon - Toxic work culture - Old school mentality - No Innovation - Unnecessary politics - No respect for people - Everyone trying to be boss - No Process - Non competitive talent

The work I do is relatively easy, despite the fact that I want to shoot myself.

Cons

Job description changes without consulting employees. Self congratulatory managers. Hours have changed. Feeling hopeless. Type of work I do is unfulfilling and unsatisfying; doesn't suit my personality or strengths yet I was forced to do it with no training or support.
