Friends of the manager get all the inbound leads they also get to pick and choose which creative leads they want. Pay scale.

N/A it was the worst environment I have ever seen in a company

Cons

Low pay, Work 70 hours a week not counting mandatory call nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Commission gets dinged by manager.
