work culture in this company is very good for Tech.

Cons

Lot of movement in the company since past 5 years and it has been acquired by Rentokil, hence the job security and moral currently is low.

Remote position base pay plus commission. Company provides training and equipment. Very lucrative opportunity.

Cons

Training should be a longer amount of time. But love the teamwork and unity they provide.
