High earning potential, ppe and uniforms provided. Company vehicle and gas card. Excellent training.

Cons

Toxic work environment, zero paid time off, entrenched local management who love you one day and will screw you over if you make waves and will hold a grudge against you the next.

Pros

Money was great once you get on commission pay & if the weather holds up. You get company phone. Micromanaging was minimal. Schedule was flexible as long as you give them notice. Management is always a phone call away.

Cons

When on commission If you don’t work, you don’t get paid. Meaning if/when it rains your screwed because they still want you to show up & stay for work. So basically your working for free. By state law you can’t treat/apply the chemicals used in the rain or in standing water. No take home vehicle for Liquid department.
