Company does not reimburse you for your internet or electric. If you are hired as an Account Specialist, be ready to have five to eight seconds in between phone calls. This company is now driven by metric's and adherence, you will not be looked at as a person, you are a body filling a brutal, soul sucking position that will leave you feeling horrible at the end of each day. The investment company that purchased Terminix October 2020 sold off ServiceMaster and became a company that only cares about $$$. YOU don't matter. They looked into making this a DEI company but sadly it cost too much and the top people that run this company don't care enough about the inequity. Benefit plan use to be pretty good, they changed that after being bought out October 2020. They gave us all Christmas Gifts then taxed us on them for the full value. Look elsewhere, this is not the place you want to be in any position. No work life balance for Middle Management nor anyone below them.
