Management is very poor. Training is non existent and if you get any it's from the wrong person. Management changes positions frequently. Just overall a bad company to work for.

The branch I worked for was run by completely unqualified managers (to say it lightly) who came from backgrounds like uniform company, school bus operators, loss prevention or car rental agencies. And who changed like so often that I lost track of all those who came to "manage me" during my several years with the company. The latest "genius" did it for me. Knew absolutely nothing about pest control. Imagine the race car driver taking direction from a 3 year old kid on the tricycle. I felt just like that. On top of that the region director was a car rental guru who would not know a difference between a roach and a mosquito. Disappointing. It is a 100% commission based position, but they control you in every aspect. You can fart without first asking their permission. No vacation pay, no holiday pay, no sick day pay, no personal day pay. They give you these days but pay you nothing when you take them. Many times it is even hard to get them. Save yourself time, money and most importantly protect your health and sanity. DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THEIR EMPTY PROMISES!
