It has a great opportunity for hard workers and if you kiss techs butts they will give you more leads butt the problem with that is the guy who got the leads in my branch couldn't close even half of them!

Cons

The leads go to best butt kisser, whoever can B.S. the techs, they don't close them then the company should look at the bottom line of who sales by pure talent and who sales by just kissing butt to get more leads.
