Cons

Company is run by people who have no idea what the actual work entails. Unnecessary changes constantly being made that only affect techs negatively. Employees opinions do not matter one bit. When I first started I had a few people ask if I got the job to keep it, or if I was using Terminix to get my licenses just to move on to a different company. Now I know why.

Policies that don't make sense, went through three managers all of which changed rules constantly.

Most of the employees are great to work with. Genuinely good guys/gals who work hard.

Cons

Company does not promote a good work/life balance. Upper management is highly disconnected from the branch level. Makes rash business decisions that negatively impact the customer-facing employees.
