Pros

Once I went into the field they started giving the excuse that no leads because it’s not the season while others senior employees are getting lots of leads daily! They think they’re smart enough to get you :D

Cons

The office is really depressing! You need to make cold calls till 7pm at least twice a week and of course only 2 people are exempt from that because they get leads from management.. do yourself a favor and look up your closing percentage vs. the “top performer”.. you will see that you close maybe bigger percentage of your customers but he makes money because he has got lots of leads wasting them left and right!

No company loyalty. Top down deception. We “own you” environment. Total dysfunction in management throughout Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana regions.

Cons

Refused to pay commissions due after termination. Money gets pocketed by company. 60-70 hour work weeks plus they do not inform you of just how slow the winter is
