Pros

The are very few other than a paycheck, which they can't get right all the time either!

Cons

Incredibly, overworked and expected to not be able to have a life. In a year, I have worked 6 days a week almost entirely, and then we were asked to volunteer to work Sunday too, are you kidding me!? Micromanaging to an insane degree. They can't keep employees and wonder why, yet it's so obvious. They overwhelm new hires, and even seasoned employees with using multiple apps and platforms, and ridiculous metrics the management breathes down your neck about, and there IT and HR is a joke!

Pros

Parent Company Unbelievable...Strong Corporate Managers....

Cons

Your told leads are assigned by area and when trained your assigned to a specific area...leads are not assigned as they are designed and promised. If you expose this truth they will set you up and fire you. Absolutely zero, zero local training, but you will be held accountable for knowing what can only be taught...don't trust a verbal conversation...keep everything through email. Do not give room for deniability. High turn over because there is only opportunity for 1 OSP, the numbers are staggering an d unethical
