      Pros

      Decent money if you are single with no kids and live in an apartment because you will never be home to see your family or to mow the yard

      Cons

      More more more more more, long hours, new pay plan every 6 months or so and always in the companies favor never the Technician. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE..... Pretty pitiful for such a large company, but that's just it Techs at Terminix are just numbers terminix doesnt value good caring and honest techs.

      Pros

      Health dental and vision insurance and 401k.

      Cons

      Call Centers micro managed, quick decisions and failed processes without proper testing and implementation. Lost job due to outsourcing that has just Begun in 2019.

      Pros

      There aren't many pro's for this company. They do try to hire good people and the buildings and equipment are good. You also get to drive a vehicle to and from work.

      Cons

      They do not set realistic expectations and due to this there is a great deal of turn over. Sales people and managers do not last long and some of the products or services sold are a bit sketchy. Best to stay away if you are looking for a company with an ethical foundation.
