      Pros

      Having a company vehicle and not paying for gas is the only reason why I give them a second star.

      Cons

      Terrible management! Their call center in located in the Philippines they dont speak english they put the wrong things on your schedule. I was in sales not service and they would put service calls on my schedule every day which means I have to call them to tell them I cannot conduct the service. Which makes people angry and my job slowing turned into a customer service job it was very counter productive.

      Terminix is a well established company that provides many advancement opportunities for individuals that are willing to put effort into their own growth. They are financially sound and always evaluate their policies to try and improve the employee experience. They have implemented several programs in the last 12 months to enhance the culture across the organization.

      Cons

      There has been some executive leadership changes over the last several years that have caused a lack of consistency in direction.

      Personal use of a new truck

      Matt Stevenson simply lacks any integrity. Shifts revenue from Q3 to Q2. It's all about his ego. Too many ruled by ambition. Too few have a clue what leadership means. Too few have any desire to build loyality.
