Own vehicle with gas card. Overtime. Benefits. Some training opportunities. Customer service skills. New environment every day.

Cons

High turnover rate. Toxic and unethical leadership. Was told at interview that we worked one Saturday a month; however we were practically forced to work 6 days a week. Lack of work-life balance. Late caall sessions twice a week as well as morning meetings that affect schedule. Harassed by management and was constantly lied to. Current customers despise the company. Leadership encourages employees to lie in order to make sales. Lack of communication between salesmen and servicemen; to include managers. Leadership displayed favoritism. Do NOT work here and save yourself the headache.

They pay enough to keep you out of poverty, barely

Cons

They hire managers that know nothing about the business and give them no training. Upper management is clueless and continuously plays pass the buck when problems arise. Toral lack of employee support from branch management. If you complain human resources you get the shaft because HR reports to region operations who is who you would be complaining about. If you like working 12 hours days full of abuse then this is the place for you.

Benefit package, company vehicle with gas card, working with folks out in the field and not being in an office.

Cons

PAY. $1633 base paid bi monthly. Difficult to reach commission level when Sales Manager takes appointments off your schedule to give to others; socialized selling. Constantly have sales missing from pay with no hope of ever recouping them. Sub par training. LAZY unprofessional management.
