      Pros

      The company pays very well for production, supplies superior equipment, and trains its employees well. From an equipment, materials, and technological standpoint, Terminix is excellent.

      Cons

      Branch management had a complete disconnect with its service technicians. Management prefers to treat subordinates as inferiors to the degree of abuse. Those who fail to understand this continue to thrive financially, albeit without the possibility of any advancement, while seasoned employees soldier on while harboring deep unspoken resentment.

      Pretty solid in between job.

      Pros

      If you work hard and have some concept of what sales involve... It's a pretty solid job. There is a lot of flexibility if your meet your goal which, is the purpose of most jobs. Great training. Benefits are really great.

      Cons

      Managers make money if you make money. Hence, they have to micro manage step you take. Leads are extremely difficult to get if you get a cold market assignment. Draw type salaries never properly motivate employees.
