Pros

There are no Pros to working for Terminix. My advise is to find a job elsewhere. Save yourself some time and money.

Cons

Sales use personal vehicle. Minimum gas allowance to cover cost of maintenance and gas used to run leads. Overpriced services compared to competitors. Therefore, low income to cover draw monthly. After 3 consecutive low months company terminates employment.

My coworkers were awesome! They treated me like family!

Cons

Management cares solely about numbers and money andaking sure they get their bonuses. The morale dropped after the passing of my favorite manager and a few months later I called it quits.
