Pay and bonus potential is good. Small branches are now the norm instead of huge branches that are difficult to manage

Cons

control as a manager is diminishing expect aggressive growth but not positioned well at price point to be competitive with competition

Cons

Horrible management. Horrible benefits. Feel like a complete slave working at this job. Only a few people working here so be prepared to be overworked
