they do not care about there emplyees some of the branch managers and svc managers are rudeeeeeee and will push a customer to the side for the next person to handle the call center will set up any kind of service just to make a buck the computer system and handhelds go out at least once a week csr and admin get treated like nobodies

Outside Sales is a very seasonal job, Terminix compensation is based on a draw/commission. The draw is $2000 per month and your expected to exceed the draw every month. In the event you don't exceed draw, you still get paid your $2000, but the next month, they claw back any amount of that $2000 that made up the shortfall for your commission. For instance, the base commission is 15% and your expected to sell $13,500 in gross sales, if in the Winter months you have a bad month and sell only $9000 which would equal $1350 commission, you would be $650 upside down. The next month, the company would expect you to sell at least $13,500 plus enough over that to pay back the $650.00 shortfall. In the event you have to bad months and don't make that, your gone.
