Pros

The people you meet and get to work side by side with. Commision percentage on sales is better than most. Bonuses when you get them are great.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, you do the job of 3 people at once and corporate managers don't understand what it actually takes on the front lines. By stream lining processes they are throwing customers out the window and making the associates pay for it. Almost never allowed to take time off, when you take it off you must have your work phone with you.

Pros

the base pay is 9 or 10 dollars an hour for the inside sales position but the commission is uncapped

Cons

the attendance policy is horrible. You can't even be one minute late or you will be penalized. keep you on a tight leash when leaving your desk
