People in my team are one of the best employees, making me work hard despite difficulties.

Cons

This company lacks the backbone to address issues head-on, as they timidly shy away from engaging with the managers of the retail locations hosting their "trash cans' adorned with ads. It's evident that their approach is marked by fear, showcasing a distinct lack of courage when it comes to handling conflicts. Instead of confronting problems directly, they choose the path of avoidance, leaving their relationships with retail managers hanging by a thread. What's even more concerning is the blatant dishonesty in their dealings. The company seems to weave a web of lies, creating an environment where trust is compromised. Love yourself and leave this place.

I was quite content with my salary.

The company's aggressive commission-based structure created an environment of intense pressure and competition, where employees were constantly pitted againsta and unrealistic expectations. They would constantly push us to make sales, often using underhanded or even unethical tactics. I witnessed firsthand the manager's wrong doings, such as pressuring employees to lie to customers or make false promises. This created a toxic work environment where I felt constantly on edge and despised my job.

Sales is always a challenging and competitive environment, no matter where you work. The goal is to meet or exceed your personal sales quota. Sales quotas are shared with candidates prior to a job offer, so there are no surprises. Our sales managers are expected to coach, support, and hold their sales teams accountable to their goals and report results to the director level.
