The coworkers were friendly and supportive enough to get through most days.

Cons

Apprehension was a daily hurdle, with the general manager creating a frustratingly unproductive atmosphere. Instead of addressing real issues, there was endless micromanaging and pointless tasks, dragging the entire team's morale down. The lack of clear direction fueled a toxic culture where progress felt impossible. Alliance turned into a blame game, with no focus on improving the process or valuing input from employees.

Apathy and immature behavior made the job deeply unrewarding.

The apathy toward employee growth and concerns was blatant. Immature attitudes from coworkers made the environment feel more like a high school cafeteria than a professional setting. The job itself was repetitive and felt completely unrewarding, with little recognition for effort or ideas. It was frustrating to see how poorly communication and teamwork were valued when these should have been priorities.
