Pros

Good product but shady company

Cons

Beware all your sales are " bumpable" if a national sale come along. No protected territories.

Pros

Zero pros for this company. Absolutely nothing

Cons

The culture of this agency is one of greed, manipulation and power. Management micromanagers and always blames you for everything. They are demotivating, have insane expectations and lies to staff about incentives. They only care about you if you're able to meet their unrealistic metrics. You get absolutely zero benefits working at this company, not even the bare minimum. Believe this as a warning.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one. The Appointment Setter position is a challenging, but important role that introduces Terraboost to local businesses nationwide, and presents our unique advertising opportunity. If you felt that you were “harassing people” by making calls to businesses, then this role was clearly was not the right fit for you. We do take employee concerns seriously, and we’re committed to creating an environment where all employees feel valued, supported, and recognized. Our managers are responsible for supporting, coaching and keeping their teams accountable to expectations. We regret that the culture and management were not aligned with your expectations, but our managers will hold employees accountable for meeting quotas, like any other business. Terraboost clearly outlines the performance expectations, hourly pay, and commission structure during the interview process to be fully transparent and to ensure that the role is an appropriate fit. All candidates are given an opportunity to ask questions about the position and will know what is expected, prior to even receiving a job offer. Regarding your concerns about benefits, as a part-time position, this role does not qualify for a full benefits package, but does offer a flexible work from home schedule and sick pay. There are opportunities to move into full time benefited roles, which are always posted on the Terraboost internal Careers page. Thank you for sharing your feedback and best of luck to you.

Pros

Flexible schedule, work home life balance is really good, great support from management, team working environment, and high compensation.

Cons

There really isn't any. Occasionally it can be a bit difficult to meet quotas but not very often.
