Our managers are responsible for supporting, coaching and keeping their teams accountable to expectations. We regret that the culture and management were not aligned with your expectations, but our managers will hold employees accountable for meeting quotas, like any other business. Terraboost clearly outlines the performance expectations, hourly pay, and commission structure during the interview process to be fully transparent and to ensure that the role is an appropriate fit. All candidates are given an opportunity to ask questions about the position and will know what is expected, prior to even receiving a job offer. Regarding your concerns about benefits, as a part-time position, this role does not qualify for a full benefits package, but does offer a flexible work from home schedule and sick pay.
