The company is owned by two brothers who are very different, which could be a strong point, but they do not communicate well, if at all. This trickles down and effects everyone within the company. There is poor communication across departments and offices so nothing is efficient and everyone is working against each other instead of with each other. They put no focus on infrastructure or operations, which results in chaos. They don’t invest in their employees or encourage growth. Their job postings can be misleading in an attempt to bait and switch, and there’s no focus on training people properly. There’s no job stability/high employee turnover. They attempt to outsource everything and do everything as cheaply as possible. All of this results in employees who are miserable and feel no job security.

Everything about this environment is unprofessional from management to the business they handle. Managers aren’t helpful at all they play favoritism. The company itself scams a lot of customers. Wouldn’t recommend anybody to work here.
