Garbage treated by arrogant managers

There isn't any problem dealing with the clients.

Cons

The problem comes from dealing with our own leadership. Our own managers treat us like garbage! They look down on us and show us no respect because they view our positions as something not worthy of respect. I can't put into words how awful and horrible the treatment has been ever since I joined this company. Ans I would never want to work for this kind of management again.

All of us at Terraboost, managers included, understand how challenging the Appointment Setter role can be, and we respect all of our hard working and skilled employees. But as with any job, the position has performance requirements and expectations, which are clearly outlined in our interview and onboarding processes. Our managers are responsible for ensuring that every employee has training and support and is held accountable for their performance. Co-workers are the reason why I stood there longer.

Everything else about this place is bad. It is a toxic workplace that drains your soul little by little. Upper management is a tyrant, unprofessional, and vulgar human being. Most supervisors don't know how to do their job. If you are not liked by management, they will make your life a living hell by harassing you constantly like slaves. The humiliation, the set-up, the bully, and the oppression are insane. It's a hostile work environment and I highly recommend AVOIDING THIS PLACE.

Workplace culture is toxic and depressing. Management will make fun of you, talk behind your back and plan to fire you. The humiliation, the set-up, the bully and oppression is insane. There is no organization, no professionalism, no workplace security, poor pay for the responsibilities that employees are given. If you can ignore the toxic environment you can do it, if not if will affect you.
