Terraboost is an extremely fast-growing company and wonderful to represent! The founders truly care and provide each individual with the necessary tools to grow and to be profitable right out of training. The culture at Terraboost is the best I've ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Training processes are great and as an Independent Contractor,I feel so grateful to have a coach that not only has helped me make some serious money ($33K last month) but also has become a friend of mine.The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. Because Terraboost is growing rapidly,the need for frequent changes are necessary but for the good of everyone on board!

I cannot think of a single positive thing to say about this place.

The worst place I have ever worked, hands down. This is a real employee review, not an angry customer. Not to say that most of the angry customers do not have a right to feel disappointed.. they are locked into contracts with falsely high expectations. A favorite way to get rid of negative publicity at Terraboost is to make promises that won’t be fulfilled in exchange for positive reviews online. Employees are not a valued commodity for the mess that is upper “management” - a true joke. Nothing being managed here. Poor organization, unimpressive pay, minimal and costly benefits, no training. Constant turnover of employees in all areas and positions. Embarrassingly blatant violations of labor laws... and more. If you want to feel beyond unappreciated for the work you do, and you don’t mind having no sense of job security whatsoever, this is the place for you.

Terraboost is a fast-paced, ever-evolving advertising company. We have an open-door policy and I encourage employees who are unhappy or having a difficult time to speak up. Some of the internal people are great...but everyone knows it is a mess on the inside. The owners do not care about people...not their customers nor their employees. They care only about money, money, money.

Cons

Probably one of the worst-run organizations I have ever worked for. Toxic and chaotic.
