You have to put up with the disorganized and unsystematic systems of the company due to the lack of kowledge of the upper and lower management.

The training is a joke as no one is there to answer training related queries. The management takes pleasure in bullying people and making them do more than they can easily manage. It is the main reason why people here are over-competitive and want to bring others down. Also, people are fired for no reason.
