Pros

Can have a decent work-life balance because you can work from home. Some knowledgable people that are good to work with.

Cons

It's like a High School culture with an overall lack of professionalism. They don't train you well enough then expect you to do the job regardless. Management will pressure you to totally unachievable targets and don't accept anyone challenging them on this. They are very quick to fire both new and tenured staff. You don't perform, or if they don't like you, you are out the door.

You are given the freedom to choose your schedule.

Cons

Training is the worst. You will only be given a link for a portal where you get to watch the training videos. The videos where properly made, but there are so many questions that can come up and no one's there to answer. Pay is competitive but lacks benefits.

Would be an easy job if you've got background in the industry

Cons

There's no sense of teamwork here, only a sense of self. Most of the employees are always me, me, and I, I, I. These people are selfish, doesn't share their ideas, and does things only for their own good and benefit. They want all the praises and rewards to themselves. There's always miscommunication due to the lack of coordination between departments even within a team. There's isn't anything to look forward to working here since you won't be able to make friends with anyone. Just get to the office and work. That's it.
