The company is poorly structured. Worked in the appointment setting department and I can honestly say out of all my years in sales, it had to be the WORST layout I have worked at. I thought it was even more of a joke when you couldn’t give a 1800 number to the potential customer so they can call back on their own (plus with all the scams going on these days). Then when your not allowed to mention price when the potential customer asks for the cost, you get blamed when the sales person goes out and the potential customer declines the offer. You also get blamed if the potential customer doesn’t show for the appointment because they changed their mind. It’s ran like a telemarketing company you would work at in high school and feels like your working with a bunch of kids. And you feel like your in a sweatshop when if your even 1 minute late from lunch or break you are scolded like a kid. Seriously this place is like a comedy act. Do yourself a favor and run far from this place.

Lack of Communication, Lack of Training, Leads are horrible. I worked here for a while and I can honestly say I wasn’t given a fair shot. They will cut you dry without you knowing. I gave it my all even though the training was terrible you don’t even get training you have to go to a portal where you watch a couple of videos that barley help you and that’s it. Dialer is outdated and slow as ever.
