Pros

Initially, they allowed me to set my schedule and decide my hours, bit it changed after a while. I wish it hadn't.

Cons

My job was awful, and it became worse with time. The upper management changed the rules often and pushed me to work brutal and terribly long hours. I drove in horrible weather conditions and did a lot of heavy lifting, which was terrible for my back. I quit to avoid deteriorating my physical and mental health further.

Great Compensation, No Weekends, Excellent Communication, They Management works with you on your schedule and they are also consistently expressing compliments for completion of work - something that I have NOT received from previous Oxygen delivery job.

Cons

The work vehicle could be a little bigger, however no big deal, it's manageable.

There's not much positive about this company besides the fact that you can work from your tablet

They're not a good place to work maybe if you want to have low hours and low pay and they will change the commission structure when they feel like it. Also if you ask for your sick pay or PTO you'll be questioned ostracized. They'll steal your PTO and sick
