None I can think of. Waste of energy, waste of time, waste of commitment.

Cons

They are very dismissive towards their employees. They have no compassion for their employees. Management is very unrealistic and they change their rules and expectations that no one knows what anyone is doing. Their software almost always breaks down on the daily. Hands down the worst place I've ever worked at.

The chaotic nature of the job was fueled by the CEO's erratic demands and uneducated decisions, which were relentlessly monitored down th the smallest detail. This made even the simplest tasks on ordeal, turning the workday into a frustrating cycle a confusion and inefficiency.
