      Not the best place to work

      Able to Tele-commute and that's about it

      Cons

      Biggest issues are the fact you have like 10 bosses who all expect different report writing styles. Super old-school with their report template writing ( who uses Word anymore ). REALLY low pay, hostile work environment.

      Benefits, flexible schedule, technology, safety

      Cons

      Pay is low for the position. The upper management condones sexual harassment, the corporate HR staff lie and cheat employees in order to protect the company and upper management. Do not waste your time with this garbage.

      Pros

      Safety is the main concern. Lots of work and lots of hours and overtime if that’s what you like.

      Cons

      They take every job or project that falls in their lap even though they can’t cover them properly. They minimize management structure so everyone gets bogged down and always dealing with issues due to improper planning. They don’t deal with upcoming items or present items until or unless it becomes an issue that causes problems. Hard to coordinate with bogged down management.
