Narrow minded, controlling CEO and Board of Directors, Decades behind on Finance practices, business systems, cross-functional processes, cost efficiency, performance management, employee development, diversity, the list goes on and on. This company is way behind on way to many aspects of basic business in the 21st Century. There is a huge gap between the Executive Suite and the heart and soul of the business. Could be a great company, but Management lets people bully one another and engage in questionable behavior. The old regime is out of touch and is holding the company back. People who join the organization from the outside are not welcomed and are treated horribly by those who have been there 10+ years. I witnessed 3 people within 1 year be pushed so far that they didn't even give notice, they just walked out and never came back. Professional, experienced, talented business associates who were recruited away from other jobs and were not supported by their management, who allow the "tenured" jerks to behave in a manner that is unacceptable. I can't imagine what the field offices are like. Very disappointing.
