      Terracon is not a safe place for women

      Pros

      The only pros are if you are a man

      Cons

      It is not a safe place to work if you are a woman. Women were being sexually harassed and management and corporate did nothing. One of the harassers was promoted and the other was given a slap on the hand. Corporate settled with one woman for almost six figures and still nothing was done to the harassers. Men are also paid more than women for the same job. If you are a woman or a decent man, run, don't walk from here.

      Not a Good Place to Work

      Pros

      -Employee owned company -Good benefits, company doing well (profitable) as a whole

      Cons

      -Very poor work life balance -No flexibility in terms of scheduling -Management doesn't care about your life or your schedule, you're just expected to drop everything in your life and be available to work 24/7 -A lot of overnight travel with very little notice

      Not really anything to say.

      Cons

      Work for low pay and get the blame for everyone else's screw up's (LAB MANAGER). Also get wrote up for his lying. All you are to this company is a number.
