You work outside on some cool projects.

Cons

Pay is terrible across the board if you are not a manager. Work is sporadic and you live everyday sort of on-call. People in senior roles hire friends instead of promoting within. Incompetence in the field gets promoted.

Due to some not so private incidents that happened a few years back, Terracon has become very safety focused with all aspects of the business. Working there was a privilege and knowing you are safe is an incentive.

Can't think of anything. They were an overall well rounded group.
