My time at Terracon

Pros

Supervisors listen to employees. Safety is always number one. My supervisors always treated me with respect, and treated me like a family member. Company vehicle provided with gas card. Boots and various other safety equipment provided by company. I probably gained 20 pounds from how much this company fed me over the last 3 years.

Cons

Pay could be a little better. I don’t really have much else on this.

Terrible upper/highest management Will not promote or give raises based on skills, only care about seniority and time given to the company After 2ed year you will be pidgin-holed into doing one thing
