      Pros

      Culture of safety is emphasized as the most important thing Large amount of autonomy in the field Terracon provides any and all training and certifications paid, as well as all PPE and high visibility gear. Terracon provides all necessary tools to perform job

      Cons

      Hours are erratic Low Pay, expensive healthcare Project managers can be out of touch with Technicians.

      Pros

      Good place to get experience and certifications. They are very good about encouraging certifications. There are some really good, talented people with a lot of potential.

      Cons

      Can not take anyone at their word. Multiple broken promises, things that will never materialize. Too many rules and regulations on employees. Field persons generally looked down upon as not as intellegent as others. Information is very rarely shared, no transparency. Little room to move up if at all.

      Pros

      So many great, smart scientist and engineers employed by Terracon!

      Cons

      Too many lingering employees, as specially at a management level, awaiting retirement and not accepting of new technology and methods. Lots of closed doors and limited participation in service Clients.
