      They are fast growing and offer relative stability if you can tolerate being there

      Cons

      Condescending management that abuses and exploits employees. Incredibly stingy and mean-spirited in compensation and other "perks".

      I gave this company two stars only because there were some people in the local office that were incredible.

      Cons

      Treats employees as a number. Those in corporate positions were not honest and treated others as if they were "less than". Don't be fooled by an "employee owned company". I've been treated much better by a corporation. They have an insane "safety" policy that is just ridiculous.

      Good benefits. That's really it.

      Cons

      They do not care about their grassroots workers. They predetermine who will be in a certain position and then go to extremes to silence the voices of dissatisfied employees who don't agree with management choices. Thy will tell you what you want to hear to get you to stay but their words never bear any fruit.
